Music

“Deja Vu” – Music Single

The client contacted me with desire to release a song he had written. I worked with him to understand his vision and desire for final sound, then recorded him playing his acoustic guitar. I added the remaining backing music (drums, bass, electric guitar, synths, vocals, etc) and brought him back to record his vocals. I then edited, mixed, and mastered the final product.

“Find Your Own Way” – Music Single

This is a song I wrote, recorded, and mixed this past summer for my wife. I programmed the drums, but played the guitar, bass, keys, and sang the lead and background vocals. It’s about her strength overcoming her struggles and finding her own way.

Movies

“Hands of Stone” – Feature Film

Edgar Ramirez was in Boston, Massachusetts filming a different film when our studio was contacted with the opportunity to record his ADR for the fight scene with Usher. I set up the session and assisted the head engineer in recording the audio later used in the movie.

“Happy Birthday” – Feature Film

I assisted the post-production of the film, including recording foley, editing sound effects, and mixing dialog and music. I also kept detailed notes of needed sounds and edits, marking the timecode and on-screen queue. The head engineer and I spent several sessions perfecting the sound to fit the client’s preferences.

More

“Yes Please” – Audiobook

I set up the recording session and worked with the talent to ensure clean, clear vocals for further mixing and mastering. Also worked with talent and talent’s entourage to accommodate any needs and comforts requested for best possible session.

“Read to Me” – Weekly Podcast

Every week, I would receive an unedited recording of the host reading the script, often over an hour in length. I would listen for undesirable sounds and remove them, then drag the edited file into a template I had created to streamline the process and guarantee sonic continuity episode-to-episode.
